The thrilling festival event, which promises to showcase the very best the sport has to offer, takes place 26 - 29 September in Adelaide and marks the first time in five years since it has run in Australia. “The general public is set to be blown away by the range of model helicopters, some of which have a wingspan of 1.5 metres,” said Hamish Scott, who will be hosting the event with Brett Matherson. The four-day festival is sure to excite attendees by featuring night flying events, along with spectacular light shows. Helicopter enthusiasts are invited to attend free classes from professional pilots, participate in drag races, and even take flight in the night sky with LED light drones.
